Holdridge Mfg Co. Inc. THE HOLDRIDGE RADII-CUTTER
THE HOLDRIDGE SPHERICAL TOOL

Holdridge Mfg. Co. was founded in 1956 by Warren Holdridge, following his development of the Holdridge Radii-Cutter. To this day, The Holdridge Radii-Cutter is the easiest and most accurate means of turning spherical shapes on a manually operated lathe. Still family owned, Holdridge Mfg. Co. offers premium tools at affordable prices, and of the utmost quality. The combination of your lathe and our tools opens a new spectrum of parts which you will be able to fabricate.

Holdridge Mfg Co. Inc.The Holdridge Radii-Cutter will turn virtually any spherical contour on a lathe. It turns both concave and convex, in any material that can be turned, and in a wide range of sizes. The Radii-Cutter is the most versatile radius turning tool on the market. The Radii-Cutter is available in six models, the largest of which can turn a maximum diameter ball of 12 inches. Typical parts include complete balls, sockets to radius depth, pipe bending dies, tube rolling diesets, ball valves, ball bearing races, lenses, corner radii and much more. A Power Drive Unit is available for all models of the Radii-Cutter, which replaces the manual lever-handle drive with a specially designed gearmotor drive.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Holdridge Spherical Tool is a newer addition to our line of lathe mounted radius-turning tools. The Spherical Tool mounts on standard lathe toolposts, and is also available in six different models. Featuring a smooth hand crank operation with a worm gear drive, the Spherical Tool is excellent for turning balls and sockets. The largest Spherical Tool can also turn a maximum ball of 12 inches in diameter.
